All content that is provided to clients by the seller / service provider is original intellectual property, unless otherwise specified. Chelsee Ramos of Elev8ed Movement is the sole owner and distributor. Sharing or selling this private information is strictly forbidden and will be pursued legally in the unlikely case that this clause of contract is breached.

By taking this Program with Chelsee, you are releasing Chelsee of any and all liability that comes with following suggested instructions. While Chelsee stands behind her work, clients must recognize that they are in control of their own bodies, and only they can understand their own limits and boundaries. No one else can define that for them. If any information provided in this program contradicts an order from a medical professional, clients agree to disregard that section of the challenge and follow the doctor’s orders.
