About the event
Join Chelsee, Jenna, and Lucy in the first ever Genesis led, Elev8ed Movement experience, taking in one of the most spiritual places on Earth - Sedona, Arizona. The Phoenixes have been in full flight lately as these 3 ladies have been diving deep into doing the hard work on themselves in order to be prepared to curate these types of safe spaces for communal exploration, expression, and healing.
This 4-hour experience is intentionally structured for source to flow within. We will be very intentional with our time as we dive into mind-body-soul connected movement with embodiment exercises, yoga flows, shuffle dancing, and primal/elemental movement. We are so excited to bring this experience to a community that is able to recieve our message.
