Elev8ed Movement Workshop - Madison

In this two hour workshop, we will connect both intro and outrospectively working within the mind-body connection seeking to unblock and expand, stepping toward our most aligned version of self and movement.  Elev8ed Movement is the grand idea that if we show up for ourselves to align and connect deeply, we plug into the collective the same = elevating both in the same breath. How we show up in one, is how we show up in the other.  It all starts with YOU. 

We can look forward to asana inspired work, the full spectrum of breath, freeflow prompted play, new footwork inspired cardio tools, and lots of new mindful and emotional tools to embody into your every day flowstate.  We are all emotion in motion - does it run you, or do you use it as fuel? Learning how to intentionally move it is vital to a better experience here.
